Eligibility:
You may be eligible if you are a citizen of California and bought a Tire Protection Package (TPP) from Big O Tires at any time after January 2, 2009. The class includes two subclasses. Subclass A includes class members who, during the same transaction in which they bought the TPP, also bought a tire installation package from Big O that included lifetime balancing. Subclass B includes class member who, during the same transaction in which they bought the TPP, did not also buy a tire installation package from Big O that included lifetime balancing.
The TPPs covered by this settlement include the Tire Protection Package, Service Central Road Hazard, King Royal Tire Service, or other equivalent vehicle service contracts for road hazard protection from Big O Tires. This settlement does not cover TPPs from other companies.
Typical Settlement Amount:Does Big O Install Their Tires For Free Online
(1) Subclass A: either $20.54 cash or $25.51 coupon towards a $50 Big O purchase. (2) Subclass B: $12.46 cash or $15.47 coupon towards a $30 Big O purchase. (3) Members of either class who bought a TPP on or after January 1, 2014 and who did not cancel or get a refund for their TPP: a one-year extension of TPP benefits and a free vehicle inspection.
